International Delivery

  • We offer overseas delivery on certain craft items.
  • Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services. You will receive a despatch confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey. Alternatively, log in to your account, click ‘view order’ and then ‘courier information’.
  • Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest you consider having your order delivered to a work address rather than a home address.
  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
  • Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to Standard Delivery procedures.
  • If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
  • To enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery experience, we may pass on your contact details to our carrier partners. These details may allow them to provide you with delivery updates via SMS (Text) and or E-mail, or contact you directly in the event there are difficulties with the delivery.

Want to return an item? It’s easy – just follow the guidelines below:

  • You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund.
  • For all returns, the items returned must be in their original condition and in original packaging; all goods will be inspected on return. Please note that CDs cannot be returned if opened, unless faulty.
  • We will refund the price you paid for your product, including sale items (excluding Postage & Packaging costs).
  • The Despatch Note shipped with your order will contain a Returns Slip and a Returns Address Label. Please fill in the Returns Slip, indicating the reason for your return and place it in the parcel. Pack the parcel securely and attach the Returns Address Label to the front.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure the item is well packed to prevent any damage.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using Recorded Delivery for low value items and Special Delivery for items over £39.
  • If you want it replaced for a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you will need to place a new order.

  • If the product is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item and you require a replacement, please email [email protected].
  • Just completed your order but changed your mind? You can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations.
  • It can take up to 21 days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in the UK, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Please see below timeframes as a guide:
    • Ireland 14 days
    • Europe 14 days
    • US 10 days
    • Rest of world 21 days
  • As soon as we receive your return, we’ll check it, and then refund you if everything is in order. Anything in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
  • We’ll send you an email as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition and the return has been allocated to your account.
  • Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This can take between 5 – 10 days (after the date we receive the goods) to show on your bank/credit card account, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
