Seedball (20pc)

Seedball, designed to work well in both garden beds and balcony or window box planters. Clay acts as a protective casing from common seed predators, such as ants and birds.

No need to plant - simply scatter on top of soil or compost. Each ball contains 30 seeds except for Poppy Mix where each ball contains 100 seeds. Seedballs can be scattered at any time of the year, although spring and autumn is usually an optimal time to start wildflowers growing,

As a guide, we recommend that you'll need at least 20 seedballs per square metre (one tin). If growing in a small pot, 3 - 5 seedballs will probably be enough. For larger pots or window boxes, 8 - 12 seedballs should do the trick. The more accustomed you become with growing seedballs, the better you'll be at gauging the perfect quantities to use. Remember your wildflowers will get more abundant with each year.
